March is finally here and that can only mean two things — the ritualistic hangovers that follow National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day, and a little basketball tournament called March Madness. Each year, 40 million of us fill out brackets in hopes of bringing home a portion of an estimated $2B of our friends and co-workers’ cash. But let’s face it, not all of us are basketball aficionados. Some of us need help.
Enter adorable, adoptable basset hounds to save our brackets. Enter Bassetball, a website where the latest basset hound sensory technology will help you make even the toughest picks. Just enter your match-up and watch our prognosticating pooch sniff out a winner.

But Bassetball isn’t just a place to pick winners, its also a place to meet the rest of our adoptable all-star hounds, all rescued and cared for by the Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia, a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that has rescued thousands of Bassets since it opened more than three decades ago.
So remember, while taking home your bracket pool winnings may not change your life, taking home a new, slobbery best friend just might.
